Orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We ship within 2-3 business days of receiving the order and payment on all in stock items, custom items please allow 7 business days.
Occasionally, the Distribution Center will be closed due to a holiday or our yearly physical inventory count. No orders will be processed or shipped when the Distribution Center is closed.
Some items sold on our website require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. We comply with these regulations; therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.

INTERNATIONAL:
WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA.

REFUND POLICY

At UNITED JEWELS, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations or requirements. To have a smooth exchange process, please review our exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange:

- We accept exchanges on merchandise within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Exchange Procedure:

- To initiate an exchange, please fill out the contact form or email us.
- Exchanges can only be made for items of equal or greater value than the original purchase with additional payment to cover overage.
- If the exchanged item exceeds the value of the original purchase, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference.

Refund Policy:

- We do not offer refunds on purchases. All exchanges will be processed for the full value of the original purchase.

Exceptions:

- Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges by Mail:

- Shipping fees for exchanges by mail may apply.

Right to Refuse Exchange:
